What is Rockstable?

Rockstable is a brand of Brocon IT GmbH , which offers products in the field of IT hardware for data centers, home offices and leisure.

What is the goal of Rockstable?

The goal of Rockstable is to offer IT hardware at affordable prices and with high quality and availability.

How is the server cabinet shipped?

We usually ship server cabinets on a pallet via a freight forwarder. The cabinets are already completely pre-assembled.

Wall cabinets are shipped by parcel. We only ship the RS19-6418, RS19-6612 and RS19-6615 by freight forwarder to guarantee a high level of transport safety.

The delivery time for packages is usually 1 to 2 working days. For freight shipments we expect 3 to 5 working days.

Of course, you will receive a tracking number from us with which you can track the shipment.

How do I find the right network cabinet for my needs?

Generally, it depends on the area of ​​application. In the smart home environment, a wall cabinet is usually completely sufficient, while in the office or corporate sector, a free-standing network cabinet is often chosen.

To make the right choice, you need to consider 2 areas:

Where will the network cabinet be located? In other words, how much space do you have available? Will the cabinet be located in a locked room?

Which components do you want to accommodate in your cabinet? The number and size of the devices to be installed determine the minimum size.

Thinking about the future is also important. Requirements are increasing, so you should opt for a larger cabinet.

You can use the following characteristics as a guide:

Width/height/depth: more space -> more comfort
Ventilation/cooling: perforated doors / active cooling elements
Security: lockable door handles
Equipment: Cable rails, substructure, tightness

How do I find the right accessories for my closet?

There are two options here. On the one hand, our article numbers give you information about compatibility. On the other hand, you can use the installation depths as a guide.

The article numbers of the accessories are identical to those of the network cabinets. The second number after the hyphen represents the intended depth of the server cabinet. In the example of the RS19-6042PP cabinet, a shelf RS19-FH69 and/or a heavy-duty shelf RS19-SFH610/ RS19-SFH79 can be installed.
